How do I place an order?
You can email us at stylonyx@gmail.com with your contact details and item of interest and we'll get back to you within 48 hours. For more info, go to Order & Delivery

Can I get a discount?
Yes, there will be free shipping on all orders over RM200.

How do I make payment for my purchase?
We only accept online payment via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks or PayPal. Please enclose a copy of your transfer receipt in the email thread for verification. If you have made payment manually via ATM transfer, please include your bank account number for verification.

Do you provide COD services?
Yes, we do! However, prior payment will be required.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Please email us at stylonyx@gmail.com for more details.

How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?
Parcels will be mailed via Pos Laju every Wednesday or Thursday of the week. Once we have sent you the tracking number, delivery takes around 3-4 working days to arrive.

I have made a purchase at Stylonyx and received a tracking number a week ago but my parcel has yet to arrive. 
You can refer to the Pos Laju Track & Trace website here to see if your parcel is on its way. Stylonyx is not responsible for any delay or losses caused during the delivery process.

The item I purchased is not the right size/not what I expected. Can I return it and get a refund?
All Stylonyx apparel are packed for delivery in perfect condition. We do NOT accept refunds. However, you can opt to return it (at your own cost) and we will offer you store credit in your purchase's worth.

I have received an incorrect/defect item. Can I get a refund?
The validity of return policy is 72 hours. Please contact us within 3 calendar days after receiving your parcel. We will then convert your item to store credit for future purchases. Request of store credit after the validity period is strictly not allowed. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted as conversion to store credit. We do NOT accept refunds.
